I use a high quality fusible adhesive.

This fabric applique can be used with a number of mediums -fabric, denim, felt, wearable art, party decorations, aprons, canvas totes, cloth napkins, personalized towels, pillows, suede, leather, kids clothes, quilts, wall hangings, scrapbooking and so on. If you want to use on walls or wood furniture, just heat with a hair dryer for a few seconds and finger press in place.
DIRECTIONS:
Remove paper backing and iron on with a medium heat dry iron, for 8-10 seconds --do not use iron in a circular on material.
The applique is gentle-cycle machine washable.
